1) Registration:

You do not need to register to buy at b2bmarketplace but if you want to post a product or service request, you must register as a buyer at no cost. It's easy, free and fast. It will help you to have a more manageable and control on any of the offers you receive from Manufacturers & Suppliers

 

 

2) How to buy from "B2BMarkeplace" or post a product/service request on "Global Trade 360*":

Global Trade 360*

First log into your account click on Global Trade catalog, then choose “create a new item”.  On Create New Item post the name of the product on Item Name, follow by product description, upload product image, enter the price & quantity for that specific product, choose the category and then click submit. Now your product/service request it is ready to be view by different suppliers & manufacturer.

 

 

3) Buyer Protection:

We take seriously our job as a marketplace provider for this reason, Each business that are part of our sell channel is required to register and undergo through a certification process to certify that is a legit business. By allowing only businesses to sell we reduced the amount of fraud and at the same time protect our buyers.

 

 

4) Shipping & Orders:

Sellers will ship merchandise within 48-business working hours of receiving their order unless is stated clearly under the seller policy the shipping time could be subject to change. Once merchandise is shipped buyer will received an automatically e-mail with the information. Buyer can keep track of their purchase, order report and shipping info under their buyer account.

 

 

5) Dispute Resolution:

Part of our commitment to you is to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience, unfortunately unexpected things happen but we are here to help you to solve any issue.

 

 If you have any problem with any of our sellers (Products wasn’t received or wasn’t as described) first thing you must do is get in contact with the seller, but if nothing can be workout we advise you to open a case on our Resolution Center.  You will need to answer a few questions and provide us with some evidence. Be aware that claims must be open within 7 days after delivery.

 

 

6) Feedbacks:

Feedback rating is an important part for B2bdirect.net members. It helps & allows members to build credibility and create business partners. For this reason feedback should not be abused, manipulated and/or use inappropriate comments to cause harm to other person reputation. Be aware that feedbacks are permanent, but exception will be made if has been used inappropriate language or contest, links to other sites content with personal information, threats.

 

7) Membership Cancelation
