1. How to sell:

Selling is easy and fast. 

First you must sign up, 2^nd Choose your account type: B2b-Marketplace, Global Trade 360° or both, and 3^rd you need to provide us with information to verify your identity & business legitimacy. Your information is protected & Secure by our Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and our Privacy Policy.

3. Seller Protection:

Both seller and buyer are extreme important for us for this reason as we protect buyers we also make sure our sellers be protected. All of our buyers are pre-qualified in other words credit card authorized customers.

4. Listing Your Books:

Listing books for sell is simple, easy and fast only a 7% final sale fee, the rest is yours.

5. Listing Your Product

  When listing your product do not include contact information such as: seller name, e-mail, website URL or/and personal things, only the information of the product or item that you are attempting to sell.

"Steps to upload your Products & Information"

•  Profile:  Upload your company information & Company logo.

How to list your products on B2bmarketplace?

• B2b-Marketplace: You can upload the products that you want to sell on B2b-Marketplacet for sale in small quantity to others. These products will appear also in your online B2bdirect seller store.

• How To Do It? First log into your account click on B2B-Marketplace catalog, then click “create a new item”. Choose the category where you want your product appear, post your product name, price, shipping, provide with a summary of your product follow by the product Features/Description (you can upload a video here), your Seller Policy, Size, Weight, SKU than click save. Lastly, upload as many images you would like for that specific product. Once all the information is uploading, it will appear automatically in B2b-Marketplace and on Your B2bdirect Store. You also can add more images for that specific product, edit the information, view and/or deleted.

How to source for buyers on Global Trade 360*?

• Click on Global Trade 360, then click on any of the category, where you are interesting in find buyers,
  the list of buyers will appear inmmediately with the information. You must be login in order for you to place a bid (offer) on buyer request and/or send e-mail.

6. Pricing:

Marketplace:

We require our sellers to price their merchandise at a similar or lower price as listed on their current website or another marketplace to compliance with our seller agreement.

7. Orders & Confirmation:

Marketplace:

Sellers are required to ship merchandise within 48-business working hours of receiving their order, [except major holidays, weekends or in case of any natural disaster], otherwise will be subject to cancellation. Unless is stated clearly on the seller policy the estimated processing time to be shipped. Once merchandise is shipped, sellers must submit the tracking number on their account and an automatic e-mail is send to the buyer with the tracking information. Here is how it works:

Log in -> go to “Reports” -> Orders ->Client Name-> on the Bottom of the page enter tracking number -> Submit.

Important Note: you must upload tracking information to the buyer or payment won’t be release.

8.Packaging:

Item (s) and/or merchandise must be properly packaged and protected to reduce damage during shipping. Shipping and return address must be clearly printed on the package. We recommend our sellers to insure their package.

9. Shipping Options:

Sellers decide their own shipping and handling rates, method & carriage. However, seller must provide buyer to ship merchandise via standard shipping, which are expect to be received by buyer within 4-14 business days.

10. Return & Refund Policy:

Sellers are required to post their own return, exchange & refund policy. Stating shipping & restocking charges if any.  Handling returns and refund in a courteous way says a lot about you & your business.

11. Seller Payment For B2b-Marketplace:

Payments are process through a 3^rd party. B2B-Marketplace sellers must have a USA checking bank account (Global Trade 360* do not require a USA Bank account). Payment will be settling on your account once buyer confirms order has been received. Seller needs to have a positive account balance for payment arrangement take place, also be aware that commission fee, customer refund might affect you balance.

12. Seller Taxes:

Each Vendor/Seller is responsible for their own taxes.

13. Feedbacks:

Feedback rating is an important part for B2bdirect.net members. It helps & allows members to build credibility and create business partners. For this reason feedback should not be abused, manipulated and/or use inappropriate comments to cause harm to other person reputation. Be aware that feedbacks are permanent, but exception will be made if has been used inappropriate language or contest, links to other sites content with personal information, threats.

14. Prohibited Items:

Seller are fully responsible to ensure, know or acquire knowledge of which items are legal, illegal, restricted, or prohibited by law in the countries, states or territories in which you the seller wants, attempt, prefers or/and do business. Seller must ensure they transactions are lawful. We have the right, not obligate to, in our sole discrimination, to remove any listing or terminate an unlawful transaction.

15. Membership Cancelation

You can cancel your membership at any time, just sent us an e-mail at contactus@b2bdirect.net and your membership will be cancel.
