Global Trade 360*: is a product search engine platform of Buyers looking for specific products or services for their business also you might find wholesalers, manufactures, suppliers, Importer & Exporters businesses. Sellers can source products from local buyers and bid on each of the products or services request.
2.1) How bidding system work?
The bidding system is easy and fast, once sellers(s) source for the product that buyers need, Seller have the unique opportunity to place a bid (an offer) and email directly to the buyer as well. Buyer(s) receive sellers(s) offer and contact contact each other based on the offer. This is a great opportunity for both Buyer(s) and Seller(s).
3) Is there listing preference depending on membership level?
We only offer one membership for: B2bmarketplace and one for Global trade 360*. We want to make sure that each seller has the same opportunity.
4) Is my information Safe & Secure?
B2bdirect.net is committed to protect the privacy of our website members. Such information collected, disclosed, given and provided by you is required to provide you with better services and understand your needs. In general, we will only use the information you provide to us for the purpose for which such information was provided.
5) How Sellers are Protective?
Both seller(s) and buyer(s) are extremely important to us, for this reason as we protect buyers we also make sure our sellers be protected too. All of our buyers are pre-qualified in other words credit card authorized customers.
6) How buyers are protective?
We take seriously our job as a marketplace provider for this reason, Each business that are part of our sell channel is required to register and undergo through a certification process to certify that is a legit business. By allowing only businesses to sell we reduced the amount of fraud and at the same time protect our buyers.
7) How do I sell?
A legit and valid e-mail address, username and password is everything you will need to start building your global network. Once you become register you can start uploading your product & information. You can go to our seller guide to learn how to upload your product effectively.
8) How do I buy?
You must have a B2bdirect.net account to purchase on B2bmarketplace or place bids on Global Trade 360*.
9) Why Credit or debit card information is required?
Credit cards Provides B2bdirect.net a great level of support on our verification proceess of our users. Part of our mission is verified our users identity and reduce the amount of fraud.
10) How Do I Rate a Seller?
After buying your merchandise, you will receive an e-mail from the seller stating the statutes of the product and shipping info, once you receive the package and verify that everything is as you expected then you proceed to rate that specific seller. Please be aware that ratings are permanent.
11) Can I delete A Business Rating?
Ratings are permanent, but exceptions could be made under some circumstances such as: abusive, manipulate, threat, racist, use inappropriate comments, links, to cause harm to other person reputation and court order.
12) How Do I check A Seller Rating?
On Seller Info, you can click on the seller starts and it will provide you with the Seller Rating History.
13) How do I File a Complaint?
If you have a complained about a seller, a buyer or a rating, you can file a complaint on B2bdirect Resolution Center.
14) How Do I Search For a Product?
If you are looking to buy in small quantities @ wholesale price for your business B2b-marketplace is the place for you. You can search for products on our main page categories or enter product name on the Search tool bar. Once you have found the product that you want for your business and have read the seller policy, next step is add the product to the cart. But If you are looking to source in bulk volume for your business GlobalTrade360* is the place for you to source. You can source and place a bid on any of the product you are interesting in sellers will reply to you immediately. You will find products directly from manufactures, wholesalers, Importer and exporter.
15) What are the membership types?
- B2b-Marketplace: FREE!!!!, only a 7% final sale fee for any successful transaction (after product is sold).

Global Trade 360°: FREE for buyers only, sellers must pay an annual fee.
16) Is there any listing preference depending on membership?
There are no listing preferences depending on membership, your company will have the same search result place as any other business selling, part of our policy is be fair with all business.
17) will I be billed for my membership?
We do not charge monthly membership subscriptions for the B2b-marketplace or Global Trade 360*.
